Ilaria Cicero is the new Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of IEG Asia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, a fully owned subsidiary of Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A. She has been appointed also as Group International Legal & Litigation Manager.
For the last 14 years, Ilaria Cicero held the position of Group General Counsel, M&A Director and Head of Corporate & International Development Division of Fiera Milano Group. With two decades of successful experience in international business development in exhibitions projects, Ilaria Cicero specializes, among others, as Project Leader of multiple consulting projects in areas as M&A, Venture capital, IPO and joint ventures. She has a Ph.D. in European Community law and a LL.M (University of London) and several master certificates. She regularly attends the UFI congresses and other specialized events dealing with exhibition business.
Ilaria Cicero has spent the majority of her career in the congress and exhibition industry, gaining experiences in areas such as F&B, Security and Safety, IT, Hospitality, Lifestyle, Retail, Oil & Gas and Manufacturing, furniture, interion & design.
